Student Wellbeing

This year, Good Shepherd has embraced The Resilience Project to help our students develop vital life skills that extend beyond the classroom. The Resilience Project focuses on fostering gratitude, empathy and mindfulness. Through the program, students are also encouraged to become more aware of their emotions, manage challenges, and build meaningful connections. Our dedicated teachers have integrated The Resilience Project into daily routines, reinforcing these values in a way that complements learning.
We’re thrilled with the positive feedback from students! Children have reported feeling more confident in managing stress, expressing kindness, and valuing the small moments that make life special. We look forward to seeing how these skills will continue to benefit our students as they develop into resilient, compassionate individuals.
Below are some take home activities if you would like to know more about the activities or complete some during the break.
