Marist Family Support
We are presently supporting a family through meal trains. Thank you for the generous response so far.
If anyone could please spare some time to make a meal it would be greatly appreciated.
- A pre-prepared meal that is easy to freeze or reheat is preferred.
- MCA Takeaway Meals might be an option to consider.
- Please dop off the meal to the School Tuckshop between 8am and 2pm.

- We would also love to hear from anyone who has (or is willing to do) their RSA to join the wonderful pool of Amity volunteers who manage the year level parent functions on Friday nights.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND TERM 1 GENERAL MEETING of the Marist College Ashgrove Parents and Friends Association
MONDAY 17 FEBRUARY 2025 at 7pm
Location: The Tower Building. (It will be confirmed early in 2025 if a hybrid/remote meeting format will be available.)
Thank you to everyone who has been involved throughout 2024. P&F is a wonderful way to be connected to your Marist family across your journey at the College. Our association enjoys stability through the generosity of many capable hands, carrying jobs of all shapes and sizes. We are sure you would enjoy being part of it if you are not already!
NOMINATIONS FOR EXECUTIVE POSITIONS
A key item on the AGM agenda is the election of Executive positions (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) for 2025. All members of the executive retire from office during the AGM, with positions declared open. Elections for these positions are then held from the nominations received. Nominations can come from any member of the P&F. Individuals are also eligible to re-nominate for a successive term within the conditions of the Constitution.
If you are interested in nominating for an Executive role in 2025, please contact the P&F Secretary for a Nomination Form. Nominations will be accepted up until Sunday 9 February 2025. To be considered, the completed Nomination Form must be received in the P&F Secretary’s email by 9 February. secretarypandf@marash.qld.edu.au
