SWPBS

We're thrilled to officially launch our School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) matrices! These are designed to support our commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and consistent learning environment. The SWPBS matrices provide clear expectations to help every student understand how to demonstrate Growth, Respect, Optimism and Wellbeing across all school settings.

Our new matrices are the result of dedicated work from our staff and students, with input from across our school community including parents and carers. Together, we're building a culture where positive behaviours are celebrated, and everyone feels safe, supported, and motivated to succeed. 

We can't wait to see the positive impact these matrices will have on our school community, as we continue to work together to make RSC an amazing place to learn and grow!
