Year 2 TwistED Science Excursion

On Tuesday, 29th October the Grade Two’s went on an excursion to Twisted Science. There were two buses. It took about 30 minutes to get there. We were split up into two groups. I was in the red group, there was also a blue group.

When we got to Twisted Science we went to a place called The Blue Lab. We put our bags there, then the red group went to the Blue Exhibition and the blue group went to the Green Exhibition. 

In the Blue Exhibition there were foam blocks so me and my friends made a fortress from the blocks. We also made paper aeroplanes and we used a machine to launch them. They launched very far! We also got to make lego cars and then race them.

After that, we had lunch, Then we swapped exhibitions so I then got to go to the Green Exhibition. There was a Pac Man game and a spinning chair. There was also another paper aeroplane machine launcher. 

Finally we went back to the bus to go back to school. I felt so happy, I had a really fun time at Twisted Science!
