Would you like to see the Bazaar in 2025?

My name is Luke Neilson, and I am a parent of two children attending Mount Pleasant Road PS&K. As a member of the School Council, I am passionate about fostering a strong sense of community within our school. To this end, I propose reviving our School Bazaar, an event that I believe can significantly enhance community spirit and engagement.

I am eager to lead this initiative and am fully committed to its success. However, I recognise that organising such an event requires a dedicated team. Therefore, I am reaching out to seek your support and collaboration.

We are excited to announce that we are holding an Expression of Interest (EOI) night for the 2025 Mount Pleasant Road PS & Kindergarten Bazaar! This even is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together, have fun, and support our school and kindergarten.

Time: 6.00pm

Location: School Hall

To make this event a success, we need your help! We are looking for enthusiastic parents to volunteer in various roles, such as:

• Chairing meetings and keeping the school up to date with progress and development
• Managing stalls and activities
• Managing rides
• Managing the budget
• Overseeing OH&S
• Securing sponsorships and donations
• Marketing and promotion
• Setting up
• Packing down and cleaning

Your involvement will not only ensure the smooth running of the bazaar but also create lasting memories for our children.
