Christmas Raffle

Raffle tickets have gone home to all families.  If you didn't get them or need some more, please see Jane at reception.

Donations of any Christmas goodies to go in our raffle hampers, as well as any medium/large baskets, can also be dropped off at reception over the next few weeks.

Christmas Concert BBQ

We also have our last BBQ of the year happening at the Christmas concert on Wednesday 4th December.  We still need a number of helpers, so if you can help us man the BBQ, even just for an hour, please signup at https://volunteersignup.org/MW4QB

Volunteer Thankyou Breakfast

On Friday December 6, the school will be thanking all of our volunteers from this year at our annual Volunteer Thankyou Breakfast.  If you've volunteered for P&F, or in the classroom, or for any other reason this year, please come along and join us.

2025 P&F Coordinator Roles

P&F in 2025 will look a little bit different, as we look to spread the organisational load across a larger group of parents through the creation of sub-coordinator roles. Each of the following sub-coordinator roles can be taken up by one person or a small group of people working together. Full support will be given by the P&F coordinator and office staff. However, any events that do not have a sub-coordinator will most likely not run. The total time commitments shown are indicative times across the whole year for a single person undertaking the whole sub-coordinator role If you’re interested in learning more about what being a sub-coordinator will entail, please feel free to reach out for a chat.
