Year 3/4 Learning Reflection
Students in Grade 4 have put in lots of effort rehearsing their dance and song for our upcoming school concert and art show!
Over the past two weeks in Writing, Grade 4 students have been working on persuasive articles about why everyone should learn to cook. If you have a moment, ask your child to share their point of view and see if they can persuade you!
Students in 4B have been practising answering multiple-choice questions by carefully eliminating the incorrect options. They have been explaining their reasoning behind each choice, describing why the correct answer is right and the other options are not.
Students in 3A and 3B have created comics and book reviews to include in their newspapers.
Grade 3/4 students had an amazing time at our Festive Art and Concert! Seeing everyone giving their best was wonderful, and their dance performances were impressive. Even the teachers joined in on the fun and had a great time, too!
Four engineers from Transurban visited Grade 4 students for an exciting hands-on learning experience. The students explored different types of transport and learned about the role of engineers. Working in groups of four, they brainstormed ideas, designed prototypes, and had their designs approved by the engineers before building them. The students had an amazing time throughout the process!
