We are incredibly fortunate to have Hayden, dad of Theresa in Grade 1, leading the charge to build parent support and participation in maintaining our school garden. Hayden is looking for keen helpers to pop by on Mondays in December, between 9-11am to lend a hand with general maintenance tasks like weeding and trimming.
Â
Whether you can spare 20 minutes or the full two hours, your time and effort will make a huge difference to keeping our garden thriving. If you have your own tools, please bring them along, but don’t worry if you don’t – we have basic tools available for everyone to use.
Â
This is a wonderful opportunity to support your school community, connect with other parents, and help create a beautiful, sustainable space for our students to enjoy.
Â
For more details or to let us know you’re interested, feel free to reach out to Aasta, the office or simply show up on Monday morning.Â

Let’s grow something amazing together! 🌿
We have now set up a Go Fund Me page to garner more funds for the Nugal-nganjin Community Garden. We will be sharing this link widely in an effort to draw in much needed funds to continue to develop this outdoor learning area. Please share this if you can!
Â
Thank you to all those families who have donated and shared this link.

The garden is continuing to have new additions. If you have plants you grow at home that represent your culture we'd love to add them to the garden. Chat to David or Aasta to arrange this!
