From the Principal

Term 2, Week 8, Kevin Kennedy

Dear Families,

At the end of this term two stalwarts of West Beach Primary will be  leaving us, Paula Walker and Matt Mulree.

Our Deputy Principal, Matt Mulree has won a principals position at Old Noarlunga Primary School.

Matt transferred to West Beach in 2011 from Kirton Point Primary in Port Lincoln. Before becoming  Deputy Principal, Matt was as a highly skilled and committed  upper primary teacher.  Congratulations Mr Mulree,  your love of the school and your collection of colourful socks will be missed.

Paula Walker has won a business manager position at  the South Australian School for Vision Impaired. Paula has managed the schools finances, and kept us in the black for more than a decade. Congratulations Paula, on behalf of the West Beach School Community we wish you all the best.

We will have an official farewell at the final assembly of the term.

The process of filling both positions has begun and I am confident of finding suitable replacements.
