General Office

Money brought to school

If a student has to bring money to school for levies, excursions, camps etc, it should be paid directly to the General Office before school.

The General Office is open for this purpose between 8.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays.

Students may also have their payments accepted at recess, lunchtime and after school.

This process minimises the opportunity for forms or payments to be misplaced and issuing of receipts to students.

Personal Property and Valuable Devices

The College cannot accept responsibility for items lost, damaged or stolen while at school.  It is therefore strongly recommended that items of value are not brought to school or if required for use in a learning activity, that they be left at the General Office for safe keeping.

Presentation in the Community

The behaviour of our students and the way their uniform is worn on the way to and from school, and during excursions, should bring credit to themselves, all other students and the college in general.

Student Safety at the College

‘Drop off zone” – In the interests of student and staff safety, parents should not enter the College car parks to either drop off or pick up students, unless in exceptional circumstances.  Parents are instead asked to use the drop off zones in surrounding streets.
