Principal's News

MARK ROBERTSON

Principal

As we conclude Term Two I have had the opportunity to address our students, impressing upon them how proud I am for the way in which they have demonstrated resilience and adaptability as we segued in and out of lockdown.  It was also an opportunity for our student body to express their gratitude to their teachers who they know have prioritised their wellbeing during this difficult period.

At Oakleigh Grammar our assessment and reporting practices are integral to the ongoing learning journey for all students within our School.  Summative student reports are provided to all families which provide balanced judgement of student achievement, as determined by the Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority.  Student assessments inform our teaching staff about the progress of each individual student, which allows them to provide constructive and targeted feedback for our students to continually improve.
