Spelling Bee 

GUYRA CENTRAL SCHOOL SPELLING BEE

On Wednesday 7th August 2019 our school will be holding a Spelling Bee in the Bill Wicks Gymnasium.  Students who have expressed interest in the competition to their class teacher have been provided with a list of words that they may be quizzed on.

There will be a winner for each year group and a stage champion.  The winner and runner up from Stages 2 and 3 will go on to compete at the regional final at Glen Innes Public School on Monday 9th September 2019.

Wednesday 7th August 2019

9.30am – 10.00am              Early Stage 1 Rainbow

10.00am – 11.00am            Stage 1 Yellow and Green

Lunch

11.30am – 12.30pm            Stage 2 Navy and Scarlett

12.30pm – 1.30pm              Stage 3 Purple and Indigo

Parents and friends are welcome to come and watch the competition and class members will make up the rest of the audience.
