Cobram Community Cinema becomes a reality!

Gallery Image

Members of our SRC were on hand this afternoon to receive the sensational news that the Cobram Community Cinema - A Youth Driven Project, were successful in receiving a crucial grant provided by Building Better Regions Fund to the value of $526,650.00. This amount means that our cinema is now a reality.

Thank you to the drive and passion of Rob Morey who has worked with successive youth committees to make this dream a reality. Congratulations to the SRC's of Cobram/Barooga for their on-going support.

Our College SRC was integral in re-invigorating this wonderful cause by hosting a series of District SRC meetings with committees from school across our wider community.

Youth voice counts!
