Dance Party!

We are putting the call out for Donations for the Dance and the Movie & Fireworks nights, without donations we don’t raise as much as we would like.  We are still looking for donations of

• Bottles of wine,
• Beer
• Sparkling wine,
• Pre-mixes

We will have a bar at both events to try and cover our costs.  You can drop these off to the office.

It’s much appreciated!!

We are also looking for anyone who can make up a platter of finger food for the Dance (preferably something that doesn’t need heating).  This can be sweet or savory.

The money we raise goes to amenities and supplies for our kids.  Tickets are starting to sell which is awesome!

Live Band - The Velvet Archers!

With the Family Festival fast approaching we are also getting prepared for that.  If you or anyone you know would like to have a stall at the event, please let us know and we will get a form to you.  Or you can pick up a form from the office.

Tea Towels

We are looking to order towards the end of August. If you haven't already paid for your tea towel please do so before then.

Upcoming Events:

Saturday 24th August -                       MCPS Social Dance (flyer attached)

Tuesday 27th August -                        Fathers Day Stall

Thursday 29th August -                      3yr old kinder (held at the kinder)

Friday 30th August -                            Fathers Day Raffle Draw

Saturday 7th September -                 Family Movie Night & Fireworks

Saturday 16th November -               Family Festival (stall holder application attached)

to have a stall at the event, please fill in the attached form and return it to the school office ASAP.

We look forward to seeing everyone at these fun events!  What a great way to catch up with friends

and meet new ones!  It’s also a great way for our kids to socialize and meet new friends too.
