ELECTION DAY FUNDRAISER 

Election Day fundraiser a huge success 

Thank you to all those who generously gave their time or made donations for our cake stall, plants, cookbooks and raffles at the Election Day BBQ.

We had thousands of people through the gates and raised almost $8,000 for the school and $1,045 for the Carlton Netball Club.

A special thanks to the dedicated members of our fundraising committee and to the current and alumni families who donated produce for the event. 

We couldn’t have raised this much without our sponsors:

Meg from North Cafeteria for donating the ingredients for the egg and bacon rolls and their famous relish. 

Monique from Larder Fresh for donating all the vegan sausages which were a huge hit.

Woolworths for donating the soft drinks and other consumables needed to run the BBQ. 

The funds raised at the event will be used to cover improvements and repairs within the grounds and other educational programs that are not covered in our annual budget allocation. 

It was wonderful to see so many members of our school community doing their part to help our school. Let’s get ready to do it again in November for the State election!
