From the Principal's desk

As I write this newsletter today our Year 6 students are enjoying themselves in our nation's capital,  Canberra. Reports so far indicate that the students and teachers are having a wonderful time.

On Monday our Year 3 & 4 and some of our Year 5 and 6 students attended the town ceremony for Remembrance Day. Charlotte and Kayla represented our school reading 'In Flanders Fields" and also laying the wreath.

Our students in the Prep - 2 area had an opportunity to practice their cricket skills on Tuesday at a free clinic offered by Cricket Victoria. It was great to see my old boss, retired Principal, Phil Squire in action passing on his expertise.

We are close to finalising our staffing for 2020 and we will publish the details in the next newsletter. Next week on Thursday 21st November at 10 a.m. children in Prep - Year 2 will have the opportunity to experience Bravehearts Personal Safety Education Program. For more information look at the Student Wellbeing page.
