School Colour Run!

Dear Kingswood Community, 

The Colour Run will now be held on Wednesday 23rd November at Chadwick Reserve.  

We are holding our event to raise money for the Kingswood Therapy Dog Program. Currently we have raised an amazing $55,628.25. Can we hit the $60,000 mark?

💰 Are you Fundraising?

The easiest way to help your child raise money is through online fundraising, where students raise an average of $120. Go to schoolfunrun.com.au, create a student profile page and share your online fundraising link via SMS, Email and Social Media.

If you are currently fundraising, THANK YOU! We hope you will continue to share your link and fundraise for the school.

🏆 Competition Time!

SLIME MR COX: Get ready to SLIME Mr Cox! Any student that has created an online profile and raised at least $250 by the 18th November will go in the draw to slime Mr Cox!! 

HIGHEST FUNDRAISING CLASS: The class with the highest fundraising by the 18th November will win a VIP tent for the day! 

🌈 About the Day

The Crazy Colour Day is all about fun! It will be a huge colourful mess! 

Students are asked to wear a white t-shirt to the event. It is also recommended that they wear some old bottoms (shorts, leggings, pants) and old shoes as it is likely the coloured powder will also go on these. Students are encouraged to wear colourful accessories eg. tutus, sweatbands, ribbons, socks etc. Your child might also like to wear protective eyewear whilst running (sunnies, goggles etc) to prevent any coloured powder going into their eyes. Only adults will be throwing the powder. 

We encourage all students to get involved, we will have a run without coloured powder for those students who don’t wish to be coloured.  

We welcome all families to come along and join us for a fun day! If you are available to volunteer on the day, please reach out. 

🧸 Prizes

On top of raising more money for the school, students who raise just $10 will be able to choose a prize! They can start ordering from this FRIDAY 11th NOVEMBER right through until FRIDAY 18th NOVEMBER. Remember, ordering online is the best way to ensure you get what you’d like, so please get online – even if all your money is raised cash.
