Dear Parents and Carers,

With exactly one month until Christmas Day, term four is speeding along. Please ensure you check out the calendar of events to stay on top of the multiple events coming up.

Epping Views PS will be a polling booth for the upcoming State Election tomorrow. Unfortunately the group that had organised the sausage sizzle has pulled out so we sadly will not be hosting a BBQ.

Class Placements for 2023

We are in the final stages of our 2023 class creations. We thank those parents who placed separation requests. We have taken those in consideration along with several other factors. We aim to ensure that there is a balance of academic capabilities, social competencies, behavioural traits & special needs, so that the classes at each level have an almost identical profile. In addition to these factors, our teachers also take into account each child’s nominated peers to ensure that every child is matched to at least one friend that supports their learning. As you can appreciate this is a very complex task, especially considering our total school enrolment of around 1 000 students.

Book List/School Charges

Yesterday your child/children would have brought home information about school charges and stationary requirements for 2023. Please ensure you have received these documents as there is a timeline for ordering to ensure delivery for the start of the school year.

Christmas Raffle

On Monday each student will receive a book of raffle tickets. 

We are getting into the holiday spirit by creating 3 great prizes.

Please support this fundraising event by purchasing the raffle tickets provided. 

Working with Children Check (WWCC)

All visitors and volunteers to our school must present a WWCC. Now that the covid restrictions have been lifted some-what I am encouraging any parents who may be interested in helping in classes, attending camp/excursions or sporting events to apply for a Volunteer WWCC. There is no cost involved.
