Classroom Reports

Foundation & One

In Mathematics, this week we finally  completed our investigation on Capacity. We spent a sunny session in the sandpit measuring and  comparing different sized containers.

During Library time, and in the afternoon, we have started reading the Magic Finger by Roald Dahl. I think we would all love a magic finger! Its 'magic' to see the progress children are making with their reading. Remember to keep listening to your child read each night.

Nine more sleeps until our late stay, disco and day excursion! But who’s counting? We are all very excited!

Information about times, activities and what to bring will be sent home this week.

Please contact me if you have any concerns.

We have been lucky enough to have Miss Lockhart helping in our room for the last few weeks. We loved

labout capacity and volume with her yesterday and having fun with all the water.

Lots of hard work and testing happening in our room this week, the term is slipping by quickly.
