Mr Anthony Kelly

From early days, De La Salle College Armidale had a strong cadet unit which was firmly embedded into school life. I have recently been looking at some photos of cadets from the 1970s. My older brothers participated in the Cadet program during their years at the College and my eldest brother Philip George made it to the top, being named Cadet of the Year and received the Silver Sword of Honour.

We have a few items in our archives and are always interested in adding to the collection. Unfortunately it is not known where some of the equipment such as rifles and band equipment made finished up after the amalgamation of St Ursulas and De La Salle but with the passage of time, some things always return home.
