Access to SEQTA Engage

All families are reminded that academic reports for Semester 2, 2021 will only be available through SEQTA Engage. If your child is leaving the School please download all important documents, including feedback statements, reports and NAPLAN results, as your access to SEQTA Engage will be closed at the commencement of 2022.

When accessing SEQTA Engage please follow these guidelines.

• Please go to the John Wollaston Anglican Community School website home page http://www.jwacs.wa.edu.au/. Look for the dark blue Community Portal (SEQTA) button at the top of the page. Click on the Parent Area button (orange), then click on Engage (orange) and enter your username and password.

• Please remember your Username. If you cannot remember your password, please enter your correct Username and click the ‘forgot my password' link. A new email inviting you to join SEQTA Engage should then arrive in your email inbox.
• If you experience any difficulties accessing SEQTA Engage, please contact Karen Ayres at policyandprograms@jwacs.wa.edu.au or phone (08) 9495 8121.

Wollaston Care

John Wollaston with the support of the Parents and Friends Association offers Wollaston Care, a program to help school families who may need some extra support. We have a number of free meals available to help support families when they need it most. 

If you would like to request support please email wollastoncare@jwacs.wa.edu.au and Wollaston Care Coordinator, Wendy Brinner will contact you to see how we can help. All requests for support are treated confidentially and with no obligation. 

Referral Credit Policy

John Wollaston Anglican Community School understands that many new families to the School are referred by current families.

To acknowledge these word of mouth referrals, the School is providing an incentive in the form of a fee credit for enrolments. The maximum value of the fee credit is one term’s tuition fees.
