Catholic Mission
Socktober begins this month on the Feast of St Therese of Lisieux, the patron saint of Missions. Pope Francis’ call to action during World Mission Month is inspired by:
(Acts 4: 20) “We cannot help but proclaim and share what we have seen and heard.”
We are currently planning some fun activities to enjoy during Mission Month and encourage students to participate as much as possible.
Keep your eyes open for next week's i-newsletter!
I wonder what we're planning!!!
Weekend Mass Times
Saturday 5pm (Quirindi) 6:30pm (Werris Creek)
Sunday 8am (Willow Tree) 9:30am (Quirindi)
In keeping with current public health orders, parishioners are asked to check-in using the QR Code at the entrance to the church, socially-distance (areas of the church are cordoned off), and wear a face mask at all times. Thank you.
Sacrament of Reconciliation
The decision has been made to postpone the Sacrament of Reconciliation this year. This sacrament is available to any baptised student from Year 2 upwards.
More information will be shared with families later this term. If you would like to know more about any of the Sacraments offered through our Parish-based Programs, please contact me at St Joseph's.
Prayer
We are looking forward to an action-packed and spirit-filled Term 4.
God bless,
