INTERMEDIATE BOYS & GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

On Friday  11th  March the Intermediate Boys and Girls Volleyball Teams competed in the School Sports Victoria, Barwon & Bellarine Division, Term 1 sport round robin.

Both teams had been training at school in the weeks leading up to the event and this practice and commitment really paid off on game day.  The boys were very competitive and after a couple of wins and a draw they narrowly missed out on the finals. The girls showed genuine improvement throughout the whole campaign and often needed to be reminded to stop practising and rest. In the final all the girls demonstrated excellent skills and determination keeping their nerve to win and take out the title. A special note to those who trained with both teams leading up to the event. Good luck to the girls for the 19th of May when they compete in the State Finals.
