Morrisby Interviews

Our Year 9 students are currently completing Morrisby interviews. Students all have set interview times with someone from the Department of Education. It is a wonderful opportunity for our students to unpack their Morrisby testing and explore possible career paths based on their strengths.

Morrisby helps guide students to make better choices about their future, using our online platform backed up with our adviser support.

Morrisby can help in a number of situations, including:

• Self discovery helps students understand themselves and the sort of options that will suit them.
• When a student doesn't know which subjects to pick, Morrisby's study suggestions will give ideas.
• Ensuring subject choices keep doors open.
• When there is a concern that a student's desired career or study choices might not suit them then Morrisby's impartiality and objectivity helps with the decision making.
• Boosting motivation by providing a career goal and what is required to achieve it.

Year 9 Camp

Year 9 camp is the last week of term. Elizabeth Fagan and Rena Bennett are the points of contact and will disseminate information closer to the date for all Parents and Students.

Year 10 Update

Year 10 students are doing really well post Careers Week - I guess having some direction and a goal for 2020 holds them in good stead.
