ANZAC Day

ANZAC DAY
It was very pleasing to receive so many complimentary reports about St Bede’s College students being involved in ANZAC Day commemorations. Our Royal blue blazer was spotted in amongst very large crowds that paid their respect at dawn and morning services around local community venues.
We were very fortunate to have Rear Admiral Tony Dalton address all staff and students at the official St Bede’s College commemoration held on Monday April 27 in the Sports Stadium.
Whilst many of our boys participated across the ANZAC weekend a special mention must be made of Connor Johnston in Year 12.26 for his outstanding speech regarding the significance of Gallipoli made both at the Dingley Village Service on the Saturday morning and to the entire school community on the Monday.
