Valley Sport have put together a survey to hear from parents with school-age children about their experiences with sports and active recreation. The aim of the survey is to help Valley Sport understand any challenges and opportunities you and your children face in participating in these activities.

As a thank you for filling out the survey the first 25 respondents will receive free passes from Aquamoves and Shepparton Stadium.Y

ou’ll also get the chance to go into the draw to win $150 to put towards your child/children’s sporting equipment or membership fees.
