Confirmation
Congratulations to the Year 6 students who made the Sacrament of Confirmation last week with Bishop Brain and Fr Patrick. We know the Holy Spirit will continue to guide them as hope-filled children of God in the World today. All Yr 6 students and teachers celebrated with cake and prayer on Monday.
Yr 6 Mass with the Bishop
Year 6 will join with other students across the Diocese to celebrate ‘Mass with Bishop Brian’ next term on Wednesday 19 July at St Therese West Wollongong. They will wear their full winter uniform to school on this day.
Naidoc Week 2023
NAIDOC Week is held in the first week of July. NAIDOC Week 2023 is being held from 2 to 9 July. This year’s theme is ‘For Our Elders’. Across every generation, our Elders have played, and continue to play, an important role and hold a prominent place in our communities and families.
The love of God flows through the land on which we gather, let us pause in silence and acknowledge the traditional owners who have cared for this land for generations. Let us honour those elders past, present and emerging whose sacred connection with this country is a gift to us all.
We will acknowledge this significant event in prayer during our Term 3 Week 1 Friday afternoon assembly, at 2pm in the school hall. All are most welcome!

God of all creation, as we journey together in this Great Southern Land, we pray for healing, forgiveness, and unity. Creating a path of goodwill, justice and compassion. Jesus, through the power of your love, you have given us the courage, wisdom, and strength to share our gifts and talents in humility.
