Elliott W (Year 11)

Congratulations to Elliott who recently spent a week in Thredbo racing in three events at the National Mountain Bike Championships.

 

Achievements:

XCR - Cross Country Relay - team event with 4 riders - 1st place 

XCO-Cross Country Olympic - individual event - 6th place

XCC- Cross Country Short Course - individual event - 10th place


Jonathan S (Year 10)

Congratulations to Jonathan who recently passed his Motorsport Australia License Assessment and is currently running in the Formula Vee Association of WA State Titles. Jonathan is currently running 4th in the State with 5 more racing events to go.

He is the youngest Formula Vee driver in WA and he has already secured Rookie of the Year.


Micah A (Year 10)

Congratulations to Micah who was recently selected into Western Australian State Indoor Cricket (Western Wolves) Under 16’s.

 

Micah will be representing WA at the 2023 Cricket Australia Junior National Indoor Cricket Titles to be held in Ipswich this year (June 24th to July 1st, 2023). We wish Micah all the best.


Rhys M (Year 9)

Congratulations to Rhys who recently traveled to Penrith, New South Wales to compete in the Australian Canoe Slalom National Championships as one of three Western Australian State Team Representatives.

 

The event was held at the National White Water Stadium (built for the 2000 Olympics). Rhys competed as an individual and in a team. He finished 3rd for the U14, but Rhys’s most memorable part of the trip was getting to meet the legend Jessica Fox and all the other top Olympians of the sport.


Aaden K (Year 7)

Congratulations to Aaden who recently completed in the WA State Swimming Championships. He won every race that he entered, walking away with 13 gold medals and 12 PB’s. Well done Aaden!


Riley O (Year 12), Michael D (Year 12), Kyan B (Year 11), Taj E (Year 12)

Congratulations to Riley, Michael, Kyan and Taj who made the WA Baseball Squad. 

 

Riley, Taj and Michael are part of the 2023 Perth Heat Futures Program which runs for the next year, with Michael attending the Australian Squad Camp later in the year.

 

Taj and Riley were also part of the Swan Districts Baseball Club's first Reserves Premiership in over 34 years.

Riley played for ACT in January 2023
