Fundraising Meeting - Tuesday June 6

Our next meeting will be held at Great Ryrie next Tuesday in the staffroom at 7pm.

We will be finalising arrangements for our Trivia Night and would welcome anyone interested to come along and help get things organised for the night. This will include preparing table decorations and helping organise the Silent Auction. 

We will also be discussing how we can support the Production through Fundraising. 

Anyone is welcome to attend these meetings and attendance each month is not required. Every little bit helps!

We are finalising our Silent Auction, but are still accepting donations from local businesses that our families have connections with. 

If you have your own business and would like to donate an item for the Silent Auction, or know of anyone that would, please reach out to myself via the school email.
