Last Transition Session 

Final Transition Session – Meet the Teacher & Class

At the final transition session, your child explored their new classroom, met their teacher and peers in their class. They read a book together and met their new classmates. 

Your child received their School Pack which included, sunflower seeds. Over the holidays read the letter from your child’s teacher and put it on the fridge so they become familiar with them. Plant the sunflower seeds with your child and watch the flower begin to grow as they begin their learning journey and growing into a school student.
