Year 12 RMIT & University of Melbourne Excursion

On Monday 23rd May a bus load of Year 12 students went down to Melbourne to explore the campuses of RMIT and University of Melbourne. Students were treated to morning tea, and presentations about each university which included support services available, accommodation options and personalised tours. 

RMIT also provided two workshops. One involved putting on laboratory coats to test blood samples for DNA, the other involved problem solving to build rockets that were tested for their ability to fly. It was a long but enjoyable day for all involved. Our thanks to RMIT and University of Melbourne for continuing to make sure regional students are given every chance to explore options for university.
