TheirCare News 

Welcome back to our preps, ones, and two students and hello to all those reading at home. We have had a unique start to term 2 and it was amazing to see so many of you coming in on Tuesday morning. Although many of you have been at home learning we have still had a few children in each day that have been at school and also at Theircare. 

Due to the decreased attendances Nelly and Luke have been able to help in the school with the supervision of those children of essential workers, this has been a fantastic experience and has helped us to further our relationships with children outside of TheirCare and also teachers and supporting team here at FWPS. We were so happy to be able to help! Luke has also had a fantastic oppportunity to work at a school in Ripponlea two afternoons a week to give them additional support. 

This week's TheirCare Star of the week is Maddy Roberts for her fantastic leadership and resilence during term 2, she was the oldest child in each day and was hugely helpful in the mornings and remained positive throughout!

This year's winter holiday program is now fast approaching, our posters are now scattered around the school and flyers are available for everyone in the Emu corner and will be attached in this week's newsletter. Please book in early to secure your place, this will be a week of fantastic fun filled space adventures!
