Preps 2021

Due to the restrictions  COVID-19 has placed on gatherings, it will not be possible to conduct the scheduled school tours or the 2021 Information sessions for new Prep students.

To be eligible for Preps 2021 your child must turn five (5) on or before 30th April 2021.

To enrol your child at Footscray West Primary School, please email us to obtain a digital copy of the form. We request that you state your address in the body of the email (using the subject line, ‘Request for enrolment form 2021’), or alternatively pop into the main office for a hard copy.   You can return it, along with copies of all the supporting documents via our school email, hardcopy through post or by dropping it at our main office in person during school hours (9:00am-3:30pm).   

The date for lodgement of the 2021 enrolment application is no later than Friday 28th August.

When lodging your enrolment application the following documents must also be provided:

• birth certificate
• Certificate of Immunisation (NOT the immunisation record book)
• Visa (if applicable) & Passport
• proof of residence within our school zone  (minimum of 12 month rental agreement from the start of the school year or, property purchase details along with at least two utility bills, which could include a gas, electricity, internet or landline bill)

Please note, should you move out of our school zone, we may not be able to offer subsequent children a place in future years.
