Book Week Activities in the Library

Book week 2018 had the wonderful theme “Find Your Treasure”. The library was decorated to suit the theme and competitions were held that got students running around the school finding hidden chests and finding out their form teachers most treasured books.

Kelsey Hughes and Madison Smith took first prize in “Find The Treasure Chests!” With Noah Dumbrell-Gibbons and Bridie Davies taking second place; where students had to take pictures with 6 chests hidden around the school and unscramble the famous author names.

Naomi Kaczorowska and Kat Mulholland won first and second prizes for the “Find Your Treasure Scavenger Hunt” where they had to find out form teachers favourite books and even Mr. Dew or Ms. Cavey’s favourite book.

Overall the week was successful and we look forward to the fun and enjoyment of Book Week 2019.
