Food Stall Organisers Needed

Our hard-working Art4All team are looking for a few volunteers for specific roles. The team need at least four people to take on the management of food stalls on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 November, during the day. 

These are the roles that need to be filled – food expertise is not required, just a willingness to oversee the stalls at the event.

• Manage the Art4All Cafe on Saturday (not busy) and Sunday (busy).
• Manage the Art4All Kids Cafe on Family Day Sunday (prepaid lunch packs).
• Manage the sausage sizzle BBQ (not cooking) on Sunday.
• Run a specialty lunch food stall that will complement a salad (e.g., paella, spit, etc.) on Sunday. You get to decide what to cook. Something easy and fun!

T-shirts Orders Close Soon!

If you’re yet to do so, now’s the time to place your Art4All t-shirt order. Orders close Friday 12 August, 9pm. 

T-shirts come in children’s sizes 4 – 16, and adult sizes S – 3XL. The cost is $30 per t-shirt.

Alternatively, order your t-shirt as part of the ‘Do-It-All’ package. The ‘Do-It-All’ package is valid for Sunday 13 November, the Family Day of our Art4All weekend. The cost of the package is $60 and includes:

• T-shirt
• ArtZone wristband (access to a variety of art and fun activities)
• Ticket for the performance (TBA)
• Lunch at the Kid's Café

For those who placed an order in the first round, we anticipate that the t-shirts will be delivered in mid-August.
