Lego Model & Cupcake Decorating Competition

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Cupcake Decorating Competition and a Lego Model Competition as part of our Fun Day!

Entries need to be submitted in the LRC, on Friday the 20th of March between 8am - 3.30pm.  They will be judged in sub-school categories (P-2, 3-6 & 7-9.)  All entries will be on display in the gym for everyone to see at the Community Fun Day!

Entry is free so start planning your cupcake design and building your Lego model.  We can't wait to see them!

Pre-Order Your Ride Wristbands And Save!

Our ride wristbands are on sale for the price of $35 each until 5pm on the 20/3, and they will then be sold for $40 on the day.  Purchasing a wristband will allow for unlimited access to the rides for the whole day!  Individual ride tickets will be $8-$10 each, so it is great value to buy a wristband.  To order your wristbands, please follow this link - https://www.trybooking.com/BHEWU  Wristbands will be available for collection at the Community Fun Day.

Pre-Order Your Showbags

Our Parents & Friends Association (PFA) are organising the showbag stall for our Community Fun Day. They have four bags available for purchase and they are only $6 each!

Pre-orders are now open until 5pm on the 20th of March. Orders will be available for collection on the day from our showbag stall. A limited number of bags will be for sale on the day, so we recommend pre-ordering to avoid disappointment!

Family Engagement At Our Community Fun Day

We value the support of our families, and encourage you to volunteer and get involved on the day to help make the event successful for our school!  If you can spare an hour or two on the day to help on a stall, or even at the end of the day to assist with packing up, it would be greatly appreciated!

All volunteers will require a valid Working with Children's Check, and they will need to carry it with them on the day. The check is free as a volunteer! You can apply by following this link -https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/individuals/applicants/how-to-apply#Complete_online_application

If you would like assistance applying for a Working with Children's Check, or you would like to add your name as a volunteer to help on the day, please contact Rebecca Thornton at rebeccathornton@pcc.vic.edu.au
