OSHC

Bernadetta Martella

Wominjeka Everyone,

It is with great enthusiasm to let you know that we are planning to go on a excursion on All Day OSHC to CERES using public transports on the last day of Term 3, 16th of September.

We are currently working on the Risk Assessment Managament plan to minimise all the risks during the excursion.

We are increasing our staff ration to 1:8 as part of our RAM and we would like a couple of parents/carers to assist us in this advenure. If you are intersted to volunteer, you will need to have a WWCC.

For this reason, we will keep a cap for our bookings on the day. Therefore, if you don’t want to miss out, please make your bookings ASAP through your Xplor Home app. If you have any issues, please contact Bernadetta on oshc.brunswcik.nw.ps@education.vic.gov.au.

More information will be sent out close to the date.

Reminders:

  • Sign in/out – if you need any of your emergency contacts to sign in/out your children please use Guest Hub on you app. A link will be generated to your contact’s email, so they can sign in/out your children.
  • Lost property – we still have a few of the lost property in the MPR. Please come and check if any of your belongings have been missing
  • Down Balls Crisis– we have run out (again) of all our down balls. So far, we bought 60 down balls from the start of this year, and we have decided we are not going to buy any more – it is just not sustainable! Sometimes children forget to return down balls to OSHC educators and they take them home or leave in the school yard.  If you see any of down balls (they are labelled OSHC), could you please return to the OSHC program? Much appreciated!

PROGRAM For week 8 of Term3:

(*) a variety of cereals is offered (porridge, corn flakes, weet-bix, rice balls) and a selection of toast (wholemeal bread or fruit toast) with spreads (jam, butter, nuttlex or vegemite) is available every morning

Please Note: Focus activity and menu are subjected to any change
