Coming Up

• VET 2023 - students intending to undertake VET in Year 10, 11 or 12 are reminded that their VET DSS Expression of Interest Google Form is due today 5 September. All relevant students have been sent an email regards this. Please check your email and access this Google form.
• Year 10 Applied Learning Program SWL – 3 to 17 October.
• Year 12s applying for tertiary studies in Victoria – 1 August – 29 September, but we have asked our students to aim to have their VTAC Course application, SEAS application and Scholarships application sorted by 16 September (End of Term 3).
• Year 9 Morrisby Interviews continue – Ms Thomas will email relevant Year 9s advising scheduled date and time and this information is also on Simon notices.
• During Term 4, BBLLLEN will host a small number of nominated MSCW students at Girls in Blue, Inspiring Young Women Dinner and Girls in Trade.
• Individual student appointments continue – students can make these via the link on Simon using their school email and password.
• Heads up…Mrs Elly Martin will be on Long Service Leave for 8 weeks in Term Four. Ms Siobhan Thomas and Mr Cunningham will continue to be available for careers support and Mr Alan Smith will be stepping in to help out.

We have signed up for a 3 month free trial with Study Work Grow. This is a super comprehensive career resource aimed at supporting secondary school students and their families with career advice.
