Grade 1 & 2

Welcome back to school for Term 3. We hope that everyone enjoyed a relaxing break with family and friends and managed to stay warm with the cold temperatures that we have had. 

We have a busy term ahead in the 1/2 classes with many fun and enjoyable learning experiences for everyone. Along with our core learning in English, Mathematics, Religion and Inquiry students will have the opportunity to participate in NAIDOC week activities, a Responsible Pet Ownership incursion, Science week activities and a week of swimming ......just to name a few.  

Term 3 brings the highlight of the year for many - BOOK WEEK. This is an opportunity to celebrate books and Australian children's authors and illustrators. The theme of Book Week this year is "Read, Grow, Inspire". We will have our parade where everyone has the opportunity to dress up as their favourite book character. 

We look forward to lots of fun and learning.
