Junior swimming lessons are rapidly approaching! As part of their Sport and Physical Education program, all Foundation and Grade 1-2 students will be attending the Latrobe Leisure Moe Newborough Pool to participate in swimming lessons during school hours on the following days:
Whether your child is a seasoned swimmer or just getting started, this engaging program is designed to provide our young learners with a wonderful opportunity to develop their swimming abilities while having a splashing good time.
Consent forms and further information for the swimming days have been sent home with students this week.
Please note that due to the upcoming Student Free Day on Friday 11 August, our second Bike Ed session will no longer take place on that day. We will resume Bike Ed on the following days:
This year Book Week is August 19th to August 25th with the theme, ‘Read, Grow, Inspire’.
Trafalgar Primary School will be holding our annual Book Week Parade on Wednesday, August 23rd, at 9.15, in the school gym. Students are encouraged to dress up as a book character for the day. Hope you can join us !
Our Parents and Friends Committee will be running this years Fathers Day Stall on Monday 28th August.
For those who are unable to attend, or have forgotten their money, there will be a second chance day on Tuesday 29th August.
Any parent volunteers able to help out on the day would be greatly appreciated. If you are able to help, please contact the office to let us know.
The Monash Teddy Bear Hospital is coming to visit the grades1 & 2’s on Friday 8th September 9.00-10.50am.
