It’s been an exciting fortnight in PE! 

Here are some of the highlights: 

Whitehorse Division Winter Sports   

Last week, our Boys and Girls Soccer teams, along with our Mixed Netball team, showcased their fantastic spirit at the Whitehorse Division Finals. The exceptional performance of all three teams reflected their unwavering pride, effort, and determination in representing Rangeview. Both the Boys Soccer and Mixed Netball teams emerged as the day's champions and are now set to advance to the Eastern Regional Finals—an outstanding achievement. We extend our congratulations to our Girls soccer team for their commendable efforts and securing the Runners-up position. Thank you, to all the parents who supported the students, throughout these days!

Run Club

It has been fantastic seeing so many students still participating in Run club during the cold winter months. Thank you again to our amazing parents and teachers who support this each Tuesday and Thursday morning. We wanted to give a very special congratulations to Jared S from 5/6J who has become the first Rangeview student in 2023 to reach the 300-lap milestone, this is equivalent to almost 200km of running!! Amazing job, Jared. 😊

Holiday Clinics – Kinetic Sports Performance Mitcham

Thank you to Sean and the team at Kinetic Sports Performance Mitcham for their support in running programs for our students this term. They are running a special holiday program designed for junior athletes in the September holidays for 10-12 year old students who are looking to improve their strength, power, agility and speed.
