Mother's Day Treat

Mums/Special Persons can enjoy a takeaway coffee and a sweet breakfast treat during school drop off, and take the opportunity to have a special photo taken with their child/children at the Mother's Day Treat next Thursday, 11 May. Come along from 7am to 9am between the Eucalyptus building and the School Hall. Please register Mum/Special Person's attendance for catering purposes by clicking the button below.

 

Enter our Mother's Day Raffle – 1 for $2, 3 for $5, 10 for $10:

  • 1st prize – $100 voucher for Benson's Cafe & Wine Bar
  • 2nd prize – Hair care pack valued at $80
  • 3rd prize – Beauty pack valued at $80
  • 4th prize – $50 voucher for Benson's Cafe & Wine Bar

Raffle tickets available online only (no cash purchase available on the day); click the button below to purchase raffle tickets. Please note that if you are unable to attend the Mother's Day Treat but wish to purchase tickets in the raffle, you may do so by simply selecting any session time but leave your attendance at zero and choose your raffle ticket purchase option.

 

Treat Helpers Needed

We require volunteers (preferably Dads) to assist handing out treats on Thursday morning (11 May). Helpers needed for 30 minute shifts starting at 7.30am with the event concluding at 9am. Please sign up via this link – CLICK HERE.

Mother's Day Stall 

With Mother’s Day fast approaching it is nearly time for our annual Mother’s Day Stall! Students will have the opportunity to purchase a gift from our Mother's Day Stall during the school day next Friday, 12 May. Students will visit the Stall at a scheduled time with their class. 

If you want your child to purchase a gift, please send them to school with cash and a carry bag to bring their purchase home. 

Gift prices from $1 to $20. This is a school fundraiser, and proceeds go towards our school so that our children can benefit from new equipment and upgraded facilities. 

 

Stall Set Up on Thursday evening 

We need volunteers to assist setting up the Mother's Day Stall in the School Hall on Thursday 11 May from 7.30pm. If you are able to assist with the set up, please register via this link – CLICK HERE.

 

Stall on Friday

We’re looking for some of our wonderful parents who would be able to volunteer some of their time to help us run the event on Friday 12 May. Time slots available are 8.50am to 11am or 11am to 2.00pm. The Mother’s Day Stall is usually one of the most popular events to volunteer for, so sign up for a spot fast! CLICK HERE to volunteer

Secondhand Uniform Donations and Stall 

Today we held our Term 2 Secondhand Uniform Donation Day. Thank you for the donations received that will be available for sale at the upcoming Secondhand Uniform Stall on Friday 19 May. We also emptied the four lost property boxes. All items have been sorted, and named items will be returned to students. The unclaimed, unnamed items may be sold at the upcoming stall. 

 

The Secondhand Uniform Stall on Friday 19 May will be held from 3pm to 3.45pm at the Library. Payment for secondhand uniform will be by EFTPOS only (MasterCard or VISA); no cash accepted.

 

The Term 3 Donation Day is Friday 21 July and the Stall is Friday 4 August.

PFC Meeting

The next PFC meeting will be held on Wednesday 31 May at 7.30pm in the Staff Room at school. All welcome.

Flipout Box Hill

The PFC has partnered with Flipout Box Hill to host an after school FUNdraising event on Friday 16 June for a two-hour session at $29 per person (all ages).

There are two sessions:

  • Session 1 from 4.30pm to 6.30pm
  • Session 2 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm 

Prices are for all ages to participate, including adults. Spectators are admitted for free.

Pre-payment of the full ticket price is required to secure your booking by Friday 9 June. BE QUICK, as we have limited places available.

50% of the ticket price will be donated back to the school. Sorry, no refunds possible.

There will be a café open for you to purchase drinks and snacks. 

Grip sock are required, bring your own or available for purchase at the venue.
