Kempsey High School Pride Group

KHS Pride Group hosted a celebration for International Transgender Day of Visibility, to show support and solidarity for their transgender and gender-diverse community. KHS students and staff came out in strength to show their love by decorating a muffin and enjoying tunes outside the Aboriginal Resource Centre.

A huge thank you to the Pride Group, Junior AECG, and the SRC students who brought the party (& cleaned up afterward). A huge thank you to Eleisha Krix and all staff who made this event happen!

BIG Thankyou to The Other Chef for showing the boys through the business and explaining/ teaching all about manufacturing/ processing and distribution. Boys learnt a lot and came away with some beautiful products to take home and also incorporate into our class cooking program.
