Connected Communities Cup

On Friday the 31st of March Kempsey High School hosted the inaugural Connected Communities Cup against Melville High School.  This will be a quarterly competition, commencing with Oz tag. The sport and host school will change each term.  The competition aims to encourage the participation of students in a variety of sports and promote positive behaviour and school spirit between the Melville High School and Kempsey High School communities.

For the inaugural Cup, the host school proved to be victorious with Kempsey High School winning all four games: Junior Boys and Girls and Senior Boys and Girls.

At the end of the year, the winning school will be awarded a trophy to display until the next year.

Special thanks are extended to Rowena Hensley and her team of coaches, referees, and officials. It was a successful event and everyone involved demonstrated great team spirit.
