School Uniform Moving into Cooler Weather

We know many families will take the opportunity over the holiday break to audit and top up uniform supplies in preparation for the cooler months ahead.

Please ensure all uniform items purchased comply with our school uniform guidelines, which can be found here.

ANZAC DAY PINS FOR SALE

This year ANZAC Day falls at the very start of term two. We are again supporting the RSL through selling ANZAC Day appeal badges in the lead up to this special day on behalf of the Buninyong RSL. This will be happening for the remainder of this week.

We have a variety of pins / badges, starting from $1, available to purchase. There is also a donation box for anyone wishing to make a contribution. All of these funds will be forwarded to the Buninyong RSL. 

Items are available for purchase at the office and the fundraising team will be coming around to classrooms.

Parent Afternoon Tea - Invitation

We’d like to invite all interested parents and carers, as well any other friends of the school, to an afternoon tea on Wednesday April 5 from 2.30 - 3.30pm to be held in the staffroom. 

The contribution of parents and carers is highly valued at Buninyong PS and we are keen to help to develop connections within our school community and provide opportunities for parents and carers to meet others and develop friendships. 

Feedback from our school community last year through our PLP survey indicated that opportunities for social catch ups and meeting others was highly valued. If there is enough interest, we could look at expanding this to informal monthly catch ups.

All members of our school community are welcome, and encouraged, to come along. Light refreshments will be provided. Hope to see you there!
