Ruby Takes Home The Prize 

On Sunday 22nd September Ruby Wolstenholme competed in the Grand Final of the talent show Kidz Rock at the Bairnsdale RSL. The competition aims at showcasing the musical talents of children across Gippsland. Ruby had won the heat in Maffra and went on to win the Grand Final! Ruby performed her own song titled ‘Complicated’ that she wrote for ukulele and voice.

As part of winning the Grand Final, Ruby won $1500 worth of music vouchers for our school to purchase new musical equipment as well as a cash prize for herself. We would like to congratulate Ruby and look forward to hearing her song being performed at our Presentation Night.
