National Walk to School Day

This week is National Walk to School day, held on Friday the 13th of March. In light of this event, we have decided to do “Freaky Socks Friday” where we encourage students to wear crazy socks while they walk, ride, skate or scoot to school. We would also love to see students bringing a gold coin donation on this day as we are fundraising for World Bicycle Relief. Here is some more information about World Bicycle Relief, as well as a link to the video we showed at our assemblies last week: https://worldbicyclerelief.org/scholasticas-race-against-the-sun/. We will be giving out stickers and recording numbers for those who walk, ride, skate or scoot to school so we are very excited to see you all there… in your crazy socks!

For more information, please come see Miss Kiefte, Miss Tossell or Miss Campbell.

Parent Reps 2020

Than you to all our parents that have volunteered to be parent reps for 2020. Thank you also to Flip McKinnon for making contact with everyone and we hope to see you at our next P&F meeting. We are still looking for reps for 3/4M, 5/6W and 5/6B. I have also heard that there have been some events already organised for classes and it will be good to see everyone at Twilight Sports and the Family Breakfast.
