Meet the Grade 3/4 Team - Level 5
3/4A Hello South Melbourne families and friends, my name is Miss Jenny. I am a Grade 3/4 teacher at SMPS. I come from England and have lived in Melbourne for 2 years, during which, I have made lots of lovely friends to experience fun adventures with. I have a passion for teaching all subject areas and love learning new facts and information. I really enjoy finding out about all of the children in my Grade and their interests. Kindness is very important in my class and I encourage children to talk openly about their feelings and be helpful community members. I enjoy running, dancing, yoga and reading in my spare time. I look forward to welcoming the new Grade 3/4's this year.

3/4B Hi! My name is Hindy Wong and I grew up in Perth, Western Australia and relocated to Melbourne last year. Previously, I had taught overseas for 7 years at an International School and this will be my 2nd year at South Melbourne Primary School. On the weekends I enjoy cooking, shopping and attending Muay Thai classes. I look forward to working with you to develop your child’s interest and independence in exploring the world around them and to become lifelong learners. 3/4C Hi, I am Samantha. I am very excited to welcome and teach my new class next year. I joined South Melbourne Primary School in Term 3 this year. I am from Malaysia. I moved to Melbourne six and a half years ago and fell in love with this city. I graduated from Master of Teaching in Early Years and Primary Education at Monash University in 2018. I love teaching because I enjoy spending time and having fun with my students. During my free time, I enjoy going out to explore good cafes and cooking at home. My favourite animals are cats and otters. I can't wait to welcome all the SMPS students and families next year!
