UNE Life Paediatric Vaccination Clinic

My name is Susanna Mildenhall and I am the Project Coordinator (UNE Life Covid-19 response) at UNE Life.

 

We are running a paediatric Pfizer vaccine clinic on the 27th March 2022, and was wondering if we could place something in your newsletter/parents information portal notifying parents that this is coming up?

 

The details for the vaccination clinic are as below;

 

The University of New England (UNE) will offer free Pfizer vaccines against COVID-19 for 5-11 year olds through an approved drop-in clinic on Sunday March 27th at the UNE Medical Centre, 110 Butler Street, Armidale.

 

COVID-19 vaccines are free for everyone in Australia, even if you are not an Australian citizen or permanent resident. This includes people without a Medicare card, overseas visitors, international students, migrant workers and asylum seekers.

 

CLINIC DETAILS:

  • 9am-4pm, Sunday 27th March
  •  5-11 year olds only;
  •  1st or 2nd dose available;
  •  No appointments required;
  •  Vaccines are free;
  •  Medicare is not compulsory, although bring your card if you have one;

 

 This is a COVID safe event. Please limit attendance to one parent or carer per child

 

PLEASE DONT ATTEND IF:

 

  •  You are unwell with fever, cough, runny nose, or any other symptoms that could be from COVID-19;
  •  You have recently been advised by NSW Health to isolate;
  •  You have tested positive with COVID-19 and you are in isolation.
