From the President

The P&F had their first meeting a couple of weeks ago. While we were allowed to go into the school for the meeting we also offered it via zoom. We had a great response with several newcomers. It was great to have them attend. Although we couldn’t confirm dates due to the restrictions of Covid we still managed to organise a fund raiser for this term, see the information below for our hot cross bun drive. 

We have been offered the opportunity to run the canteen at the Diocesan winter trials hosted by St Mary’s and held this year at the UNE. We have taken up the offer. We would still love some more helpers. If you are keen and willing to help out please let me know (0429 831 382).  Thanks to those who have already volunteered. 

Next meeting on the 16th March is also our AGM. Please come along and give us your ideas and suggestions. We also hope to be able to lock in a few dates including the trivia night that was planned for last year but didn’t go ahead because of the lock down.

Orders will open on 4/3/2022 and will close on the Friday 25/3/2022

All orders are $7 for 1/2 Dozen 

Orders can be placed via the Qkr app (the same app as school fees are paid on).  Orders will close at midnight on Friday 25/3/22.

If you don't already have the QKR app, it can be downloaded from the appropriate store for your device.  When searching for St Mary's please search by Armidale to reduce the number of options.  Please contact the school office if you require assistance with QKR.
